We're currently seeking a Special Counsel to join our growing Investment Funds team, based in Sydney. Working closely with Liz Hastilow, the team's experience spansthe full spectrum of legal advice to investment managers across all asset classes.

The succeful candidate will have experience in fund formation, structuring, fund offering and promotion, investment management activities, outsourcing, fund M&A and restructuring and fund governance. Experience with infrastructure, property and other real asset and illiquid funds is desirable.
