Legal Training
TressCox is committed to the training and development of its graduates. Our lawyers are trained in all the skills they need to provide quality legal advice to our clients. The Firm runs at least one Continuing Professional Development workshop or seminar per fortnight as well as at least one Young Lawyers Programme learning and development session per month. Lawyers are also encouraged to attend external conferences and seminars that will be relevant to their practice. In addition to legal training, we aim to develop non-legal skills such as presentation, business writing and client management.
