Summer Clerkships

The programme runs for 10 weeks over December, January and February and you will be allocated to two practice groups during your time with us.

Completing a clerkship with us will be a challenging, rewarding and enjoyable experience. Our clerkship programme is designed to ensure that you receive a well-rounded practical experience that includes formal training to further develop your legal knowledge and skills. The training that you will be exposed to includes a formal induction, training on internal systems and processes, practice-wide CLE (Continuing Legal Education) attendance and participation, legal skills training and extensive mentoring.

Graduate Programme

The national graduate programme runs for a 12 month period and consists of two rotations which allow you to experience a wide variety of legal work and develop a comprehensive skill set. With this, you'll be able to identify with confidence the area that best suits your talents and career goals.

As a graduate you will undertake a customised learning and development programme that combines practical, hands-on training with a formal PLT (Practical Legal Training) programme. The objective of this is to develop your knowledge and skills to provide a strong foundation for your future career.

Recruitment Process

The Norton Rose Fulbright recruitment process generally involves interviews and networking events. This will provide you with an excellent opportunity to learn more about the firm and meet the people that work for us.
