Graduate Programme

The national graduate programme runs for a 12 month period and consists of two rotations which allow you to experience a wide variety of legal work and develop a comprehensive skill set. With this, you'll be able to identify with confidence the area that best suits your talents and career goals.


As a graduate you will undertake a customised learning and development programme that combines practical, hands-on training with a formal PLT (Practical Legal Training) programme. The objective of this is to develop your knowledge and skills to provide a strong foundation for your future career.

Recruitment Process

The Norton Rose Fulbright recruitment process generally involves interviews and a networking event. This will provide you with an excellent opportunity to learn more about the firm and meet the people that work for us.
