From attending Continuing Legal Education (CLE) sessions at a team and office level, through to attending practice management and professional skills training for specific roles, leadership programs for senior lawyers and off-site team retreats that build on themes that support our core values and firm strategy. We also encourage our lawyers to participate in our ASPIRE program where they can develop their networking skills, become buddies or mentors for others and present at internal CLE or external client presentations.
