Firm Background

Gadens is a Queensland-owned Firm, and is part of a national federation.

We work with some of the most respected and well-established banks and businesses, as well as start-up visionaries, governments and state-owned entities. Gadens' Brisbane office has more than 350 staff, supported by a national network of more than 135 partners and 1200 people throughout Australia and Papua New Guinea who can deliver local insight and cross-border, multi- jurisdictional expertise.

As Australia's fastest growing corporate law firm, Gadens has a strong presence in Queensland and has been involved in some of the State's landmark projects and developments. Gadens Brisbane has advised on major infrastructure projects, and is appointed to panels for the major banks and many insurance companies, ASX-listed companies in the energy & resources and property sectors, and the Government’s Commonwealth Legal Services Multi-Use List.

Following a recently announced merger with prominent Queensland law firm MacGillivrays, 2013 promises to be an exciting year for the Firm and its employees.

The Firm is engaged in a number of innovative community programs, including indigenous projects, and has an enduring commitment to supporting the arts and cultural sector.
